The air-conditioned rooms at Uncle Billy'S Kona Bay Hotel are fitted with a multi-channel television and a DVD player, some of them feature a stone fireplace. Ironing equipment and an air conditioner are featured for guests' comfort. Some rooms also have views of the street. Self-catering facilities in a villa include a kitchenette with an electric kettle, refrigerators, and kitchenware.
